Matthew Nash
Matthew Nash is an associate attorney at the firm. He concentrates his practice in representing employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. Matt brings with him years of experience defending workers’ compensation matters during all stages of litigation, including depositions, mediations, and trials/hearings.
Matt was born in Columbus, Ohio but has resided in Georgia since 1996. He received his B.A. in Criminal Justice and Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Piedmont College in 2006. He played collegiate tennis on the varsity squad while attending Piedmont. Mr. Nash received his J.D. from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida in 2010, where he clerked for the Honorable Thomas W. Sculco, Judge of Compensation Claims.
Matt is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia, as well as in the U.S. District Court in both the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. He is also admitted to the Georgia Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys spending time with his family and friends out on the lake, playing tennis, and rooting for THE Ohio State Buckeyes.
