Kevin Gaulke

Kevin Gaulke joined the firm in December of 2024 as a partner specializing in workers’ compensation insurance defense. He has represented self-insured employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators throughout the state of Georgia for 26 years.

Prior to going into private practice, Mr. Gaulke served as a trained mediator for the State Board of Workers’ Compensation. He traveled throughout Middle and South Georgia mediating hundreds of cases to a successful resolution on behalf of the State Board from his Columbus office.

Mr. Gaulke has served as Chair of the workers’ compensation section for the State Bar. He has been a featured speaker for educational programs such as the SBWC Regional Educational Seminar Series; Institute of Continuing Legal Educational (ICLE); and Lorman Education Services. He has conducted specialized training designed for human resource directors, insurance claim representatives, in-house nurses and rehabilitation specialists. He is approved by the Office of Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner to provide continuing education seminars to insurance adjusters for credit.

A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Mr. Gaulke received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in Finance, from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 1988. He received his law degree from Ohio Northern University in Ada, Ohio, in 1994. In 2019, Mr. Gaulke obtained a graduate certificate in Entertainment Law and Industry from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law.
