Josh Saunders

Josh is a Partner with Richter, Head, Shinall, White & Slotkin, LLP. He focuses his practice exclusively on defending employers, insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout the State of Georgia. Josh is an experienced litigator who represents clients in all aspects of workers’ compensation claims, from initial claim evaluation and strategic counseling through litigation, trial before the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation, and the appellate process. He regularly advises clients on claim strategy, risk management, and cost-effective resolution, providing practical guidance tailored to each client’s business objectives.

Josh earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. He is committed to delivering responsive, effective representation and helping clients navigate Georgia’s workers’ compensation system with confidence.

Outside of the office, Josh enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and friends, and planning his next road trip. He also volunteers with Meals on Wheels and the Humane Society.
