Anna P. Cook

Anna P. Cook is a Partner with Richter, Head, Shinall, White & Slotkin, LLP, where she has devoted her practice to defending employers, insurers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout Georgia. A skilled litigator with many years of experience, Anna has successfully represented clients at every stage of the claims process, from investigation and litigation through resolution. She has tried numerous cases before the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation and has successfully argued matters before the Appellate Division of the State Board. Anna is known for her practical, results-oriented approach, strategic case analysis, and strong advocacy on behalf of her clients.

Anna graduated magna cum laude, with Honors, from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Education in 1996. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2002 from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was an Alumni Scholarship recipient. She also studied Child and Family Development in the University of Georgia’s College of Family and Consumer Sciences graduate program.

Outside of the office, Anna enjoys exploring her native Atlanta, cooking, and crafting with her children.
