Olivia Salter
Olivia Salter is an Associate Attorney at the firm. She earned her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Georgia, with a minor in Sociology and a certificate in Public Affairs.
Olivia received her J.D. from Mercer University School of Law, where she was selected to join the Mercer Advocacy Council as a member of its mock trial team and later served on the Council’s Executive Board following a vote of her peers. She consistently placed in mock trial competitions across the country, earning numerous individual honors, including Best Advocate awards and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Student Advocacy Award. In recognition of her exceptional trial advocacy, Olivia was inducted into The Order of Barristers upon graduation.
Prior to joining Richter Head Shinall White & Slotkin, LLP, Olivia prosecuted cases in the White Collar and Cyber Crime and Human Trafficking units of Georgia’s Office of the Attorney General. Her experience handling complex cases with careful attention to detail informs her approach to defending employers and insurers in workers’ compensation litigation.
Outside of the firm, Olivia enjoys going to concerts, thrifting, volunteering with Mercer Law’s mock trial team, and spending time with family and friends.
