Julie Hunter-Anderson

Julie is an associate of the firm. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she competed in the Thurgood Marshall mock trial and the Frederick Douglass moot court competitions. She also served as an editor for the Oil and Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal and as the President of the Federal Bar Association’s OU chapter. Her previous legal experience includes interning for Hon. Nels Peterson on the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Air Force JAG Corps, and Federal Magistrate Judge Suzanne Mitchell. Julie has also been actively involved in the protection of international human rights. She worked for Vice Chair José Francisco Calí Tzay of the United Nations in Switzerland and assisted the indigenous people in Uruguay. Julie is admitted to practice in Georgia in all state courts. She is a member of Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and the State Bar of Georgia’s Section on Workers’ Compensation. She enjoys running, international traveling and photography.
