Erica M. Tuff
Erica Marie Tuff is an Associate Attorney with the firm. She attended Syracuse University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 2006. She left the snowy north for warmer weather in Charlotte, North Carolina where she worked as a paralegal for a Criminal Defense firm before going to law school. At Charlotte School of Law, Erica completed well over 40 hours of community service, as well as participated as a student attorney in the Business Formation Clinic and Unemployment Benefits Clinic to help the underserved community. She transferred to Pepperdine School of Law after being accepted into the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution to complete her Juris Doctor and obtain her Certificate in Dispute Resolution in 2011. She moved to Georgia to work in the legal department of an international restaurant franchise and focused on franchise law, corporate governance, and employment law matters. She also has experience in Personal Injury and Family Law.
Erica has long history in advocating for children and has been a volunteer attorney with the Cobb County Children In Need of Services Truancy Court Program, volunteered with a children’s emergency shelter, with a children’s literacy program and was a both a Big Sister and on the Young Leader’s Council with Big Brothers Big Sisters Atlanta for many years. She also supports The Drake House and Solidarity Sandy Springs. At the firm, Erica is the co-chair of the Events and Social Outreach committee.
