David Hoy

David Hoy is an associate at Richter, Head, Shinall, White & Slotkin where his practice focuses on representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. David holds a bachelor’s degree in business from New York University. In 2022, David received his JD from the University of Miami School of Law. There, he participated in U.M.’s Investor Rights Clinic and was part of the Race and Social Justice Law Review. David has a background in tax and bankruptcy law, which he leverages to provide a multidisciplinary approach to his client’s challenges. His goal is to provide thoughtful and effective guidance to clients, always striving to make the workers’ compensation process as smooth and efficient as possible.
